Emily Gibson Becomes Ottobock’s Senior Customer Service Manager
AUSTIN, Texas, (December 1, 2017) – Ottobock HealthCare, a world-leading supplier of innovative solutions for people with limited mobility, is pleased to announce that Emily Gibson is the new Senior Customer Service Manager at its North American corporate office in Austin, Texas.
“I am excited to share my passion for helping customers with a larger audience,” Gibson said. “I will be managing NA customer service, customer operations, inside sales, and consumer support.”
Gibson, who brings over 16 years of experience working for the medical device technology company, moved to the Austin location three years ago to build the new customer service operation. In her new role, she is responsible for growing and coaching her teams with efficiency, as well as collaborating with a broader range of cross functional teams to implement business process improvements and remove barriers for customers.
“I am honored to lead such an amazing group of 27 people in Austin, Canada, and Minneapolis who want to make a difference,” Gibson added. “I look forward to great things ahead and achieving our goals as a team.”
