We've developed a Custom Silicone Liner process that is as unique as each of your patients. Our completely customized liner is fabricated from high-quality medical-grade silicone and offers many benefits:

Otto Bock Custom Silicone Liners use a proprietary silicone significantly more durable than the standard silicones used in off-the-shelf-liners, allowing us to vary both thickness and durometer anywhere you choose. It also lets you build softer gel pads right into the liner so you can target bony prominences or areas susceptible to skin breakdown before they become a problem.

To have us fabricate a Custom Silicone Liner, simply provide us with a standard negative bi-valve cast and your specifications, including thickness, durometer, distal connection, gel pad placement - and even color. A Lycra cover can be added to aid in donning if requested.

The result is a unique liner - designed by you - to fit the individual needs of your patient.
